Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. However, please note that certain items may require additional processing time.

1.4 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number.

 

Returns

 

2.1 Return Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

2.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team at support@theancientcovenantofmagick.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

• Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

 

2.3 Return Conditions

• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

• Software and downloadable products are non-returnable.

• Shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

 

2.4 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
